About me

I am a graduate student in the Cognitive Sciences department at UC Irvine working with Mark Steyvers. Currently, I am focused on understanding what learning looks like during old age and finding ways that we can model this process. Previously, I worked with Falk Lieder and Tom Griffiths at UC Berkeley on developing a cognitive tutor to teach people how to plan better. When I’m not in lab, I like to bake sweets and study foreign languages. My professional goal is to have a career in research, while my life goal is to continue learning new languages even when I’m well in my eighties.
